All Ford Extended Service Plans are cancelable and transferable. The Ford ESP Warranty also has a 60-day "free look" period during which the customer may cancel the contract and receive a full refund for their Ford extended warranty as long as a claim has not been filed. This is one of the most consumer-friendly policies in the industry.
If you want to cancel your Ford extended warranty, Lincoln extended warranty or Mercury extended warranty, simply call or stop by your local Ford, Lincoln or Mercury dealer and pick up a cancellation form. Send it to the address provided on the form. Your request will be handled promptly.
If you sell your vehicle before the Ford Extended Service Plan expires, your contract can be transferred to the new owner upon sale of the vehicle.
